Police no longer question people about reception opening hours

A CONSULTATION on the proposed changes to the opening days and hours of the counters has been modified.

West Mercia Police have released a revised investigation that removes a specific proposal for new ticket office hours and days.

The survey was withdrawn after initial comments and has since been revised to make it more comprehensive.

The investigation will be open until Friday, October 29.

Deputy Chief of Police Rachel Jones said, “It’s really important for us to hear the views of our communities and to let people have their say to make sure we are making informed decisions.

“We know that the way people contact us and engage with us is changing, more and more people are using the phone or digital channels and it is important that we adapt and be flexible to deal with these. changes. ”

Members of the public who are unable or unwilling to complete an electronic survey can call West Mercia Police on 07970 709975 and request that a survey be sent to them. Copies will also be available at the counters.
