The £8.5million mansion of Novak Djokovic and his wife Jelena in Marbella is ideal for self-isolation

The tennis pro – who couldn’t make the Australian Open amid visa issues — spent a lot of time at the latter’s home amid the COVID-19 pandemic with wife Jelena and kids Stefan and Tara. The family had previously lived in Monte Carlo for 15 years, but in December 2020 Novak reportedly made the decision to make his nine-bedroom house in Marbella his main residence.

It has eight bathrooms, a game room, a tennis court, and even an on-site spa. Take a look inside the house, which would be the perfect place to isolate yourself…

The star gave insight into her family life via Instagram, including the picturesque location of the tennis court. The sporty all-green addition is in a sunken position and is surrounded by white pillars and idyllic palm trees.


The tennis pro loves quirky artwork

During an IGTV, Novak revealed an original piece of artwork on his wall — a figure painted in bright red and blue — that could be the star himself.

Novak even plays tennis indoors

During the lockdown, Novak transformed his living space into a tennis court, hitting the ball on a collection of dining chairs. Usually, ornate chairs are set around a vast dining table topped with a decadent chandelier.

Novak’s family home is incredibly majestic

They clearly have a penchant for vibrant artwork as there is a large abstract piece hanging on the dining room wall and there is a large paint splattered animal statue.

Through the doors, fans can see that the family has a large outdoor sofa to soak up the Spanish sun.

Jelena revealed the couple’s outdoor furniture

In a video of the dancing couple, posted by Jelena to mark her husband’s birthday, they revealed tall white pillars with a screened terrace where the dining table and sofa were positioned.

Novak shared a look at their front door

The entrance to their property is just as grand as the interiors, with huge castle-like wooden doors, black and white checkered floor tiles, and a gold console table.

Novak and Jelena have a great hallway

Jelena shared a look at their royal hallway when she cut Novak’s hair during lockdown. “From caveman to my man,” she joked, the clip revealing a grand staircase with carved wooden railings and a floor-to-ceiling mirror.
